McCain, Obama, or None of the Above?
With both major party conventions wrapped up, it’s time to gauge reader sentiment and make your voice known. Click here, scroll down just a bit, and take the HME Today reader poll. The big question is: Which presidential candidate would be best for the HME industry?
The choices are:
1) John McCain;
2) Barack Obama;
3) Bob Barr (Libertarian);
4) Ralph Nader (Independent);
5) don’t know; and
6) it doesn’t matter who gets elected.
The final results of the poll will be published in the October 2008 print issue of HME Today, which will also be available at Medtrade Atlanta. The Oct 2008 cover feature will also focus on presidential politics as we ask several industry advocates—both well known and otherwise—the same crucial questions. While several prominent gurus refused to enter the charged political arena, others waded in with responses both surprising and occasionally contradictory. Pick up a copy at Medtrade, subscribe to the print issue by clicking here, or view the Oct 08 cover article (in early October) by logging on to www.hmetoday.com.
