Most experts agree that providers are taking more proactive steps to boost their sleep business, and our numbers bear that out. In an online survey of our readers conducted in April, just over 36% of respondents said they made regular sales calls to earn business from sleep laboratories or physicians. That’s a 24% jump over last year’s number. And while competition for sleep business is heating up, more than half of respondents (for the third year in a row) said their sleep therapy business was growing faster than other new product lines.
