Bariatric Patient Lift
Drive Medical, Port Washington, NY, introduces The Electric Patient Lift. The lift charges fast from an AC outlet and can be used with four point and two point slings. To charge, simply plug in the unit—the battery does not need to be removed to be charged, and the lift will not operate while plugged in. The wide base provides additional stability. The lift has a heavy-gauge construction and a weight capacity of 600 pounds. The jumbo actuator pump with emergency button can switch to manual mode to lower the patient safely. There is an audible warning when the battery falls below 50%. The mast and base fold for easy storage and transportation, and the lift also has a limited lifetime warranty. CPAP Tubing
CPAP Tubing from SP Medical LLC, Cleveland, is constructed from a metallocene plastomer wall with thermoplastic elastomer cuffs. The helical wall support design prevents collapsing while the smooth, clear interior offers excellent unobstructed flow characteristics. Standard lengths are available from 12 inches to 96 inches with cuffs sized to fit 22 mm male connections. The Medical CPAP Tubing is latex free, lightweight, and a cost-effective alternative to silicone cuff tubing. (800) 651-9490; www.SPMed.com.

Full-face Mask
The new 7600 Vmask is an Oro-Nasal (full-face) CPAP/bilevel mask from Hans Rudolph Inc (HRI), Kansas City, Mo, which can be tightened or loosened in the middle of the night without affecting the integrity of the leak-free seal because there is no hard frame or thin seal. All five sizes of the mask are made of a single piece of soft silicone and are dishwasher safe. The product now also comes with HRI’s Sensa Seal button-on accessory. According to HRI, great fits, durability, and low dealer price have made the 7600 Vmask the top choice of sleep laboratories, physicians, patients, and equipment providers. HRI has increased the bottom line for DMEs nationwide with their DME dollar deal on their dishwasher-safe full-face CPAP masks. The company also introduces its “Just Try One On” new Medtrade show discount program for DME dealers. (800) 456-6695; www.rudolphkc.com.
